Are, or have the ability to be, catalytic in their impact – whether it be transforming a community or transforming a sector
A clear pathway to generate sustainable investment returns
A deep understanding of the impact you’re looking to create

Based in and focused on Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) and Te Taitokerau (Northland)
How we invest
We invest in a broad range of ventures from start-ups and new types of business models through to organisations looking to grow or transform their business
We are open to a range of investment types including equity, debt, quasi equity and project finance
We typically invest between $200k and $2m
We look to co-invest with others and like to bring other values-aligned investors to the table
We look for a balance between an investment’s impact, risk and financial return
We have a network of trusted partners who can assist high potential ventures get ready for investment
