Our approach is informed by Te Ao Māori principles and values and is premised on the understanding that everything is inter-connected.
As an “impact-first fund” we are most interested in the social, environmental and cultural impact created by the enterprises and projects we invest in.

Understand the journey and motivations of those bringing their ventures forward for investment
Understand what is needed and be as flexible as possible on how we assist through investment and our connections
Have a network of trusted partners who can assist high potential ventures and projects get ready for investment
Support the organisations we invest in to embed and grow the impact they are seeking to make
Partner with organisations who can provide insights and connections to our priority communities of: Māori; Pasifika; Rainbow community; Forced migrants (ex-refugees); recent migrants; and those living with disabilities
